1. 24-Hour Refund Policy
We offer a 24-hour refund policy for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of purchase, you can request a full refund by contacting us at support@vidempire.com.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- The request is made by the original account holder.
- The refund request is not associated with an abuse of our services or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
- Requests made after the 24-hour window.
- Partial usage of the service before cancellation.
- Subscription renewals or recurring payments.
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations do not qualify for a refund beyond the 24-hour period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Pricing & Plan Adjustments
VidEmpire.com offers three pricing plans:
- Monthly Plan: $69 per month
- 3-Month Plan: $59 per month
- Yearly Plan: $49 per month
Once a plan is purchased, refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of the transaction. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your account details and the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through your bank or payment provider, your account may be suspended or permanently banned. To resolve payment issues, please contact support@vidempire.com before filing a dispute.
